Last month I talked about romance genre anime and a lot of you guys have really been enjoying all the anime-related posts! So I'm back again with another genre which is to do with FOOD! Now I personally love food both in the real world that we live in and also the ones that appear in the anime world!
The new spring anime's have all started to slowly make their release over the last 2 weeks and I've already watched a few! Of course Attack on Titan season 2 is one of them but there are some new ones that I haven't watched just yet. However here are a few that I did watch last week!!
Morning everyone! I just finished watching episode one of Attack on Titant season 2! And OH-MY-GOSH! It's so epic already and thank goodness this was not an April Fool's joke!! I cannot wait to see what's installed this season because I haven't read the manga, so please no spoilers!. Less break it down to what my favourite part was in episode one! BUT!!! If you haven't watched it yet go do so now before I reveal way too much!!
Yes yes yes!! 3 years later and AOT season 2 will finally premiere on the 1st April across 21 networks in Japan! (Please don't be an April Fools joke...please!). The 500th episode of Naruto was released yesterday and I finally watched it today! It's so sad to see the series end, but I was so excited for the wedding episode. It wasn't what I expected the episode to be...so I was a little disappointed. However it was just a beautiful and sad moment!
In Japan, Spring is blooming with sakura (cherry blossoms) and of course anime! There is a whole bunch of anime that will be aired during the season of spring and here are a few that I'm excited for! Lets start off with the anime's that are releasing their next season.
I've always drove past a few cute looking cafe's in Willoughby, which I've never been to before, even though I live in the North Shore area. So, last Sunday I decided to take my mum out to lunch, where my elder brother and his partner decided to join us on this foodie adventure.
Earlier in February I was invited to dine with a friend at the Oasis, which is located in the Star. The theme for the dinner was the "Month of Love".
Now I know Valentines day is long gone but for my readers up in the northern hemisphere, Spring is finally here! Spring is the season of love, life and new experiences, so I thought I'd share my favourite romance genre anime's that I've watched in my life! I especially enjoy romance comedy, so a lot of the anime below will focus on this particular genre.
Two weeks ago I went out to brunch with my partner at the Wild Pear Cafe (again) for an overdue brunch date. The first time I came here, I instantly fell in love with their food and coffee! Read my first experience "HERE".
A few weeks ago I headed to Cho Cho San for a casual girls night out with a few of my friends, Stephy, Julia and Virginia. It was a warm summer evening and it was also all our first time going to Cho Cho San. We were excited to see what made this place a popular spot amongst the foodie world here in the Kings Cross.
2 months ago I was invited by Washoku Lovers to attend the exclusive media night of Hotto Motto. We were invited to enjoy the tasting of various bento's offered at Hotto Motto. In Japan, "bento" (lunch boxes) are an integral part of the food culture and represent the traditions and convenience that have been cherish since ancient times. Bento dates back to the 1600s and today they have proven to be come a popular takeaway item, due to the wide variety that exists.
My first weekend back in Sydney, my brothers and I decided to take my mum out for breakfast at The Grounds of Alexandria. My mum has never been before and we've shown her photo's of the times we went with our friends/partners. She thought the food, markets and animals all looked pretty cool and different!
